KRI Teacher Training:
We are an international educational organization. Our team of teachers consists of Yogi Bhajan’s direct students, professional trainers, and KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructors who seek to share Kundalini Yoga teachings in the most authentic and genuine way.
The Aquarian Teacher program is the KRI Level One Certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®. In Level One you will become an Instructor and learn the fundamental principles and practices of Kundalini Yoga. This is a 220 hour course, which includes 180 hours of classroom instruction in a well-defined curriculum.
During the 7 weekends you will:
• Explore transformation through personal experience.
• Explore friendships in a tight knit community of spiritual seekers.
• Work with a mentor and create a successful personal yoga practice.
• Awaken and expand your potential using the science of Kundalini Yoga to gain self knowledge, love, acceptance, and confidence.
• Learn about: The Chakras, The Sound Current, The Ten Bodies, Subtle Anatomy, Deep Meditation, Prosperity & Success.
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a Level One Certified Teacher
